Although Gingerly Baked is just about a year old, I’ve been baking desserts since I was a child.

Gingerly Baked is a solo project, so everything you see is made just by me. I specialize in vintage & maximalist cakes, and I love creating new recipes with unique flavor combos.

When I’m not baking, I’m rock climbing or taking care of my cat. :)
